Deep Peninsula Dog Training Club
Dogs at work

Deep Peninsula Dog Training Club (DPDTC) is an AKC licensed, non-profit club that offers obedience classes for dogs and handlers of all abilities. Whether the interest is training the dog to be a good citizen and family member or to enter dog obedience competition, the classes necessary to meet these goals are available. Classes are open to both purebred and mixed breed dogs alike. All of our instructors have many years of showing their own dogs in AKC obedience competitions, two are currently AKC judges, and all are up to date on AKC rules and regulations regarding these competitions. We train at Rengstorff Park in Mountain View on Monday nights. Go to the Class Information page for more details.

Next Class Session will begin in late January, 2017

Our class sessions are done for this year, but we're planning some exciting offerings for next year! We look forward to seeing everyone in class in 2017!

All class information can be found here: Class Information

To be kept up to date on when class sessions start and registration opens, scroll down this page and sign up for our email notification list. We send fewer than a dozen emails per year, and we never share our email list with marketers.

Stay up to date on our latest class offerings and events!

Membership in the club is available for those interested in furthering their activities in this sport.

DPDTC held its first trial in 1954. The catalog for that trial may be viewed in a pdf file (5 MB version, 12 MB version)
